Recently, dozens of LIUGONG medium and
large-sized loaders were neatly arranged in formation, resembling a majestic
“Yellow Army,” and were delivered in bulk to a certain bureau of China Railway
Group, providing comprehensive support for railway freight yard loading and
unloading operations.
The delivered equipment includes the LIUGONG
862H hydrostatic loader and the LIUGONG 886THST hydrostatic loader. Both models
feature robust environmental adaptability and sustained operational stability,
making them ideal for the demanding, high-intensity conditions of railway
freight yard operations.
LIUGONG closely aligns with the intelligent
transformation needs of the railway industry, collaborating deeply with China
Railway Group. By integrating its own digital and intelligent technologies with
an understanding of railway operational conditions, LIUGONG has conducted
comprehensive optimizations and scenario-based customizations across the power
system, intelligent control, and operational processes.
In freight yard loading and unloading
operations, loaders must deliver robust performance under high-load, prolonged
working conditions. The LIUGONG 862H has a rated load capacity of 6.5 tons,
offering performance comparable to 7-ton-class products. Its engine power
reaches 200 kW, significantly exceeding industry peers, and it can be equipped
with 3.5-6 cubic meter buckets tailored to different materials, achieving “load
more, load faster, load more stably.”
The LIUGONG 886THST adopts a newly
optimized topological design for its working equipment and bucket structure,
improving overall efficiency by 10%. Equipped with advanced technologies such
as hydrostatic drive, intelligent braking, and variable-displacement
closed-center systems, the machine achieves energy savings of up to 25%, while
also offering advantages like infinite variable speed, strong climbing power,
and sustained high traction at low speeds, resulting in more efficient
operations and superior TCO performance.
